Junior High Camp 2008! The summer is upon us and we are headed back to Carolina Creek Christian Camp for another year of high impact fellowship and historical amounts of fun.   This year the challenge is going to be laid out for every student present to live up to our summer theme, “Rise” and stand up to be all that God wants you to be.  Oh, and we might have some fun along the way with four heart pounding Late Nights, three all new Reward Challenges, and Team Rec every day. A pair of wranglers, boots, and a hat will get you ready for this night.  Our good friends Hot Rod and Otto will teach you how to get down.  Then after a good square dance it will be time to get soaked. High dives, water polo, basketball, and the annual Belly Flop contest highlight one of our most anticipated nights.

Ultimate Scavenger Hunt
Earn the secret clues by solving riddles with your team and then go put all the pieces together to form a puzzle that will lead you to the ultimate prize of the week.

RECRUIT-A-ROOKIE

What is a rookie and why would I recruit one?

Please only one question at a time.  A rookie is someone who
has never been to camp.  We it is nuts but true you have friends
that have never been to camp.  Basically if you Recruit-a-Rookie
you and your friend could win some serious loot.

What is loot?

Loot is an old pirate term for prizes!  We’re talking iPods, XBOX 360’s,
PSP’s and Playstations.  We are serious about you bring a friend.

How does this work?

When your rookie signs up for camp you need to claim him or her by
filling out a simple recruit-a-rookie form.  These forms are located at
the kiosk in The Student Ministry.  Each and every night we will draw
for prizes.

Get on the phone, send a text message, comment on MySpace or Facebook, and tell your friends that they need to go to camp this summer.  It’s really really easy.
